Appointments are scheduled weekdays, evenings, sometimes early morning.  Alternative locations (e.g. for mediation) can be discussed.

When the phone cannot be answered directly, please leave a name/number so that you can be called back as soon as possible.

Fees for individual or couple therapy are invoiced each time at 70 euros per hour (inclusive of 19% VAT/BTW) and can be paid in cash or via banktransfer.  For students or people with limited funds reduced fees apply. If the fee is an additional problem, we can disscuss it.

Fees for mediation are according to NMI regulations and can be discussed during the initial free telephone consultation.

Clients are encouraged to file for refunds with their insurance or employer, in which case every possible assistance will be given by Counselling International. You may mention the AGB codes: Professional code 94-006731 and Practice code 94-056198. 

Length of therapy/mediation is ideally a joint decision open to discussion, with the aim of having as few sessions as possible, but as many as necessary.  This can be achieved by optimal use of the time available and engagement in the process.

Due attention is given to professional boundaries, to integrity, and especially to confidentiality. Regular supervision and intervision help ensure the highest possible standards of practice.  Counselling/therapy and mediation are practised separately.
